What Fits in the Small Moving Box?

The small moving boxes are designed for items that are small and heavy such as books and dvds. The heaviest items you will probably pack in this box are canned goods which can weigh around 45 pounds.

Medium Boxes "The Perfect Box"

Medium boxes will become your most favorite box. It is big enough to put most of your things into, but not too big that is becomes too heavy to carry. The best place to start with medium boxes is your kitchen. They are perfect for pots, pans, dishes, bowls and just about any item. These items will fit in this box without being too heavy to carry. If you have kids who want to help with packing, the medium box is great for toys. Large boxes are great for the items that are bigger. It’s a great time for kids to sort the toys they no longer use.

Packing Closets with Large Moving Boxes

There are all sizes of closets—small, large and cluttered ones. Moving is the perfect time to decide what items you truly want to keep and which items are ready for donation. We all keep clothes in hopes of fitting into them someday. The large box is great for bedding, towels, jeans, sweatshirts and shoes.

Extra-Large Moving Boxes are Exactly That: EXTRA LARGE!

Extra large boxes are great for light but bulky items such as comforters, pillows, and blankets. These boxes are not designed for heavy items because they would be impossible to lift.

The Wardrobe Moving Box

Wardrobe boxes are great for your favorite hanging clothes. They are like portable closets that you can keep after your move. You don’t have to awkwardly haul your clothes to the car or the moving truck. It can be annoying to drape them in the backseat only to have them slide off in a tangled mess once you get to your new home. Instead, keep everything hanging. Just wrap your shoes and keep them at the bottom of the box for easy transport.

Mirror/Picture Frame Boxes

Pictures and mirrors can be especially fragile and expensive, so it’s important to pack them correctly with the right boxes. Each box consists of (4) flat sheets of cardboard made to fit the size you need. You will want to store it on end—not flat.
