The facilities are built to withstand 140+ mph hurricane winds. Our Gulfport facility features a gun and wine storage area that is temperature and humidity-controlled. RVs and boats can be safely stored in our large, gated area with covered and uncovered options available. For customer convenience, there is an amenity station with a pressure washer, vacuum, air, water, and a sanitary dump station.

As an added amenity, a free conference room is available for our tenants who may want meeting space outside of their home or office. There may be limitations on the length of time the room can be booked, the number of attendees, and the type of activities permitted.
The conference room is available for rental as meeting space if your group or organization needs a convenient, central location. Ask about our rates. The room features seating for 16 people comfortably, with WIFI access for PowerPoint presentations on our large screen TV. Also available is a whiteboard and plenty of counter space for snacks and beverages.
