No, our leases are month to month.
We have a one-month minimum. You can rent a unit as long as you wish or need.
Yes, you can bring a lock with you when you rent your John Fayard Storage unit or we sell good quality locks at very reasonable prices.
We recommend that you insure your items while they are in storage, just as you do when they are in your home. For your convenience, we offer quality storage insurance. You can purchase the amount of coverage that is right for you and the payments can be made monthly with your rent.
Unfortunate incidents can happen anywhere and to anyone. We are unable to predict these events but we do take many precautions. In addition to our facilities being fenced and gated, access to the storage area requires each tenant to enter their personal access code. This way we can keep track of who is on the Property at all times. The properties are well lit with video recording and our staff is frequently on the property making rounds. You can help by insuring your items.
Payments are due on the first day of each month.
We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Most people opt for auto-pay via a credit or debit card. Upon request, we can send a copy of the receipt where the rent was paid. Although we are not required to send an invoice, upon your request, we can send one to the address on file.
These are indoor units where the temperature in the building is controlled to protect your items from extreme temperature changes.
Items you would not normally store in your garage long-term should be put into climate control. This includes items such as electronics, leather furniture, mattresses, photo albums, etc.
You keep the key. No one can enter unless you provide the key and code. We will not give this information out to anyone.
Yes, we can accept deliveries for you. Just complete our release form that permits us to accept these items for you.
Access hours are 7 days a week from 6 am to 9 pm.
You may not live in or keep animals in your storage unit. You cannot store explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, food or perishable goods or illegal items. You may not store items of excessive value such as furs, leather, jewelry, cash or equivalents, or sentimental irreplaceable items.
